OOBE Group Global Ltd (the Promoters) are the organisers of the Event “Unreal Xmas” being held in Trafford Palazzo, (Units 1 and 7), TraffordCity, Manchester M17 8AS.
Date of opening will be from the 3rd December 2021 until the 3rd January 2022.

Christmas Day – Closed
Every skating session is up to 45min long. There will be a break between the sessions of 15 min. The last session will begin 1 hour before the closing time.
Ticket holder are required to arrive 30 minutes prior to the skate session.
Skates are included in the ticket price.
Unreal Xmas is a free-entry event but the admission to the ice-rink is by ticket only.
Tickets are available to the purchaser at the Event – Barton Square, TraffordCity, Unit 1 (Ground Floor)- or through the official website www.unrealxmas.com
Tickets sold at the Event are for the following available session.
Lockers will be provided by the Promoter for an additional cost.
There is no age limit for attending Unreal Xmas event.
Children under 3 years old cannot use the ice skate rink.
Ticket holders under 8 years old must be accompanied by an adult (18+) during the entire skating session.
1 Adult may accompany maximum 2 children during the skating session in order to maintain the highest possible level of safety for all visitors.
A limited number of skate aids will be provided by the Promoter for an additional cost. The skate aids must be returned at the end of the session.
There are 2 catering points for drinks and food.
One is on the First floor, Unit 7, and the other one by the Ice skating Rink on the Ground Floor, Unit 1.
There are over 11,500 free parking spaces around The Trafford Palazzo and Trafford Centre.
GENERAL CONDITIONS & CUSTOMER RESPONSABILITY
Visitors to the event who wish to gain admission to the ice-rink must accept that they skate at their own risk. Anyone with a medical condition must consider whether it is safe for them to participate without endangering themselves or other users of the ice-rink.
OOBE Global Group will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage however caused except for personal injury caused by negligence on behalf of the Promoter.
The Promoter will not be responsible for any loss, damage or theft of any personal property by any person or organisation while on the premises.
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse admission to the Event in order to maintain the highest possible level of safety for all visitors.
The Promoter shall operate a 0% tolerance policy to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Such person(s) will be denied entry or removed from the event.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any information displayed on its premises by any third party.
Attendants may not bring or consume any food or drink purchased outside of the premises.
The attendants will be responsible for their behaviour while on the premises. Attendants must adhere to all social distancing and safety measures. Any failure to comply may result in their being asked to leave and a refund will not be issued.
The Promoter reserves the right to close the event at any time, without prior notice, if it is deemed appropriate for safety reasons.
In order to maintain a safe environment:
Eating and drinking, the use of mobile telephones, photographic or recording equipment is prohibited whilst ice skating.
Additionally, smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is not permitted anywhere within the event premises.
Attending this event, visitors consent to being photographed or filmed by the Promoter for the purposes of marketing and publicity.
The Promoter reserves the right to make any alterations to the event. Where the event is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered tickets for the next rescheduled date (subject to availability).
ADMISSION TO THE ICE SKATE RINK
The Admission for latecomers cannot be guaranteed, although offered wherever possible subject to availability.
Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult during the entire skating session.
Ticket prices may change between the date of purchase and the date of the purchased activity. If the price paid for the ticket is greater than the price for equivalent tickets at the same activity, guests may not claim a refund for the difference.
Guests may be required to have their temperature taken on entry and refusal will result in the admission to the facility being denied.
Purchased tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged or cancelled.
Tickets must not be privately resold for profit.
Tickets are valid for the date and time specified.
